Established by two brothers Fred and Delmar in 1963, Maryland based Linkous Builders has an experienced and celebrated history of building homes that by their very appearance instantly demonstrate quality workmanship and careful attention to detail.  Fred’s son Mike joined the company in 1992 and ensures that the tradition of building with excellence will continue.

Currently Linkous Builders is working on a custom homes project in Harford County and is in preparation for waterfront condominium homes at McMullen’s Landing in Cecil County.  In addition they have condominiums planned in Perryville and 12 luxury waterfront condominium homes in Havre de Grace slated for a 2007 start.
